By accessing or using TalionType ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Use of the Service

TalionType is a free online typing speed test. You may use it for personal, educational, and professional purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to cheat, manipulate, or falsify leaderboard scores or achievement data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute the service or its content without permission
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the typing test
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

2. Advertising

TalionType displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. By using the service, you acknowledge that advertisements may appear on the page. You may opt out of personalised advertising — see our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Local Data & No Account Required

TalionType stores all user data — typing history, scores, achievements, settings, and streaks — locally in your browser's localStorage. No account is required. We cannot recover local data if you clear your browser storage.

4. Leaderboard

The local leaderboard is stored entirely on your device and is not shared with any server. It records your top 100 scores per device. TalionType does not operate a public global leaderboard.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, branding, and assets of TalionType are owned by TalionLabs. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TalionType is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WPM scores are calculated using the industry-standard 5-character formula and are provided for informational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalionLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
